1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the E-Jumla platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

E-Jumla provides an online marketplace for vehicles and spare parts, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle listings from verified vendors
• Spare parts inventory management
• Integrated financing services through KCB Bank
• Vehicle clearance and logistics services
• Digital documentation and transaction processing

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches

3.2 Account Types

The Platform offers three types of accounts:

• Buyer Accounts: For individuals purchasing vehicles or parts
• Vendor Accounts: For businesses selling vehicles or parts (requires verification)
• Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

4. Vehicle and Parts Listings

4.1 Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about vehicles and parts
• Maintaining up-to-date inventory information
• Ensuring all listed items are legally owned and can be sold
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Listing Approval

All vehicle and spare part listings are subject to approval by E-Jumla administrators. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any listing that doesn't meet our standards
• Request additional information or documentation
• Remove listings that violate our policies

5. Financial Services

5.1 KCB Financing

Financing services are provided by KCB Bank Kenya Limited. By using these services, you agree to:

• KCB Bank's terms and conditions for asset financing
• Provide accurate financial information
• Cooperate with the credit assessment process

5.2 Fees and Payments

E-Jumla may charge service fees for transactions processed through the Platform. All fees will be clearly disclosed before transaction completion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by E-Jumla and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Infringe on any third-party rights
• Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm the Platform
• Circumvent any security measures
• Manipulate the price of any item

8. Limitation of Liability

E-Jumla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the Platform or via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
